Shipping & Returns Policy:

Shipping:
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellation requests and/or edits to the order cannot always be honored.

Shipping and delivery times are 15 to 20 working days
Please be sure to double-check the shipping address before completing an order. We cannot ship to any address other than that which you have provided to us during checkout.

Tracking numbers are provided in your order details and may not reflect updates for up to 72 hours after an order has shipped.

Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your item, please send us a message first to our email. We will work with you and do what we can to make it right. Please notify us when you are returning an item. This way, we can provide you specific details on where to send the item back to and issue you a refund via PayPal.
Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of receipt of the item(s), following a thorough inspection. If an item is found to be damaged, stained, worn, washed, covered in pet hair, has a strong odor (smoke, perfume, etc.) or is in an otherwise not-new condition, a refund will not be granted.

Customers may return any new, unworn and unwashed item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less the cost of additional shipping paid for standard, expedited or 2-day service. The buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping costs.

Exchange requests cannot always be granted. Please message us. Simply return the item for a refund and re-order for the desired size or color.

Although we do our very best to carefully and attentively inspect every item that ships, We do not cover return shipping costs for items that do not fit. Please ask if you have a question about sizing or fit.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the order.

We cannot issue a refund for return packages that are lost or do not reach us. To avoid this situation we recommend using a tracking number for your return shipment.

Product refusals and items received Return to Sender will be deducted a 20% restocking fee of the refund. Items received Return to Sender cannot be shipped to an alternate address.

Payment
Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now" or upon checking out through the cart.

We only accept payment via PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your bank accounts. Sign up for a PayPal account by visiting PayPal online.
